The project is now fully open to all traffic at this time with the exception of Burt Street from 108th Street to 107th Avenue. Burt Street will be open to local traffic only. Burt Street is expected to open back up fully to all traffic in the next 10-14 days.
108th Street Improvement Project – Burt to Decatur & Oakbrook Channel Repair Project
The 108th Street Improvement Project aims to enhance safety, drainage, and pedestrian connectivity by reconstructing the roadway with three lanes and roundabouts at key intersections, along with new storm sewer improvements, ADA-compliant curb ramps, trails, and sidewalks.
