About the Project
As a part of the Crossroads redevelopment site, improvements to Cass Street will need to be made. A center median will be constructed with dedicated left turn lanes at 74th Ave. The south side of Cass will be widened to provide enough space for the added median. Entrances for the Crossroads development will be constructed at 74th Ave and 75th Ave.
