About the Project
As a part of the Crossroads redevelopment site, improvements to Dodge Street will need to be made. A second eastbound left turn to 74th Street will be added to create dual left turn lanes off Dodge. The need for the dual left turn was identified through the traffic study that analyzed current and future impacts with the Crossroads redevelopment. To construct the additional left turn lane all three west bound lanes of Dodge St will need to be removed and reconstructed between 75th Ave and 72nd St. The entrance to the Crossroads development at 74th will be widened as well to include additional turn lanes. Lastly a new traffic signal with be constructed at 74th & Dodge to accommodate the additional lanes.
