F Street, 156th Street to 144th Street Pavement Improvements & Panel Repair (OPW 54220)

The existing pavement surface on F Street from 148^th Street to 156^th Street has deteriorated over the years and has reached the end of its serviceable life. This project will reconstruct
the roadway to a new concrete pavement section with curb and gutter, construction of an enclosed underground storm sewer system, and construction of a sidewalk and ADA curb ramps.  Individual defective concrete pavements panels will be replaced between 144^th Street to 148^th Street. 

 

At this time, it is anticipated the reconstruction activity will occur in two separate segments, the portion west of the 150^th Plaza and the portion east of 150^th Plaza. Each of these segments will occur in a separate timeframe. Each phase will require full roadway closure of that section of F Street.  The individual pavement repairs between 144^th Street and 156^th Street will be completed with lane restrictions.
