Grover Street - 50th to 60th Street (OPW 53896)

About the Project

The existing asphalt pavement on Grover Street from 50th to 60th Streets has deteriorated over the years and has reached the end of its serviceable life. This project will reconstruct the roadway to a new concrete section with curb and gutter, primarily matching the existing lane configuration that is present today. The project will also include sidewalks and curb ramps, retaining walls and an enclosed storm sewer system.
At this time, it is anticipated that during construction Grover Street would be closed segmentally to through traffic. Local access to adjacent properties will be maintained.
This project is being undertaken as a part of the Street Preservation Fund Program. For more information on the these projects, click here.
