North 24th St Streetscape Improvements
The purpose of this project is to enhance the safety, accessibility, and aesthetics of North 24th Street from Ohio Street to Sahler Street.

Schedule
- Design Notice to Proceed: February 2025
- Preliminary Design Submittal: May 2025
- Right-of-Way (if necessary): June 2025 – April 2026
- Final Design Submittal: April 2026
- Bid for Construction: August 2026
- Construction Begins: Spring 2027

- City of Omaha is anticipating a NTP to proceed with Right-of-way process
Environmental (NEPA) Status
- HDR Received NDOT’s approval of the Threatened and Endangered Biological
Assessment - HDR provided Preliminary Community Impact to NDOT
