Postponed - Public Open House Meeting
The City of Omaha has postponed the public open house previously scheduled for February 19, 2026, for the Military Avenue / Northwest Radial Highway / Cuming Street Corridor Study. A new date, time, and location for the public open house will be announced at a later time. The City remains committed to providing opportunities for the public to learn about the study and share input as the planning process moves forward.
Cuming St, NW Radial Hwy, Military Ave Corridor Study
The purpose of this project is to improve safety for all users, walkability, and multi-modal opportunities along the Nebraska Highway 64 / Link Highway 28-K corridor of Cuming Street (28th Street to Northwest Radial Highway), Northwest Radial Highway (Cuming Street to Military Avenue/ 63rd Street), and Military Avenue (Northwest Radial Highway/ 63rd Street to 70th Avenue).
Project Features
- The project will include a study to develop a plan for improvements on the corridor to improve safety and access for all users and identify opportunities to improve multi-modal usage.
